Luís António Santos

PhD in Communication Sciences by the University of Minho, in 2011, Luís António Santos is an Assistant Professor in the Institute of Social Sciences. His research interests focus on the interplay between journalism and digitization. He is a former member of the research projects “NET Station: shaping radio for web environment” and “Media Regulation in Portugal: the ERC’s case”. Before his academic endeavors he was a journalist for ten years, having worked for Jornal de Notícias, Rádio Press-TSF, Diário de Notícias, TVI, and BBC World Service.
